Cosmic Wisdom

There are many kinds of wisdom.
Some are practical.
Some are emotional.
Some are scientific.

But today,
I want to speak to two kinds of wisdom
that doesn’t come from books
or even experience.
It comes from deep remembering,
a cosmic kind of wisdom.

One is the kind that whispers:

You are a soul, having a human experience.

Imagine this life is just
one chapter,
one classroom,
one flavor of infinite becoming?

When you choose to see through that lens,
death might no longer be something to fear
because it’s not the end.

Death might become a transformation,
or at the very least,
a transition.

Like a passport stamp,
a move to another country,
or another planet,
not a termination.

And if death isn’t something to fear…
would you live life differently?

Second is the kind that whispers:

You are one with Earth.

Not separate.
Not above.
Not below.
Not a visitor.

Imagine you are of the Earth.
Just as microbes live within you,
you live within this planetary organism.

What you do to the Earth,
you do to yourself.

What you heal in yourself,
you heal on the Earth.

When we remember this cosmic perspective,
everything begins to shift.

We start making decisions differently.
We stop sweating the small stuff.
We love more. Judge less.

Earth becomes a university,
a place where the soul comes as human
to grow,
to learn,
to expand.

This wisdom is not new.
You’ve known it before.
You may have simply forgotten.
You might feel it now,
or not yet.

And that’s okay.

Everyone has their own way
of reconnecting with this inner knowing.

Some may awaken through yoga,
others through a near-death experience,
and some simply by living authentically,
day by day.

But there are few simple practices that
might be more universal:

Eat well.
Nourish your body with real, whole foods.

Breathe well.
Let each breath be long, deep, and conscious
whenever you remember.
Each deep breath repairs your cells
and brings you back to presence.

Laugh often.
Don’t take yourself too seriously.
Laugh at your own mistakes.
Be silly.
Let your inner child play.

There are many aspects of wisdom.
But this cosmic kind
might be the most thought-provoking,
yet heart-soothing, of all.

Thank you for reading.
Thank you for remembering.
