Love Is Rhythm

We’ve misunderstood love all along.

When we think of love,
we think of fairytales,
Disney movies and Hallmark cards.

“Do what you love.”
But what does following your heart
really mean?

Simply put,

Love is the rhythm of your heartbeat.

Love is coherence.

It’s the harmony of your heart, mind, and body.

It’s when your thoughts, emotions, and actions
align with the frequency of your soul.

When you do what you love,
you’re tuning into your essence.

You feel in sync.
You feel alive.

When you're disconnected
from your own heart,
you might feel one thing,
think another,
and do something else entirely.

You create dissonance,
a subtle chaos inside.

That dissonance is the root
of so much of our suffering.

And we try to fix it
through achievement,
through control,
through escape.

When you’re out of tune,
living someone else’s life,
you fall out of love.
Out of alignment.

But when you return to your authentic beat,

you return to love.

Love is the resonance
between your inner truth
and your outer expression.

Love is the pulse
that aligns thought and action
into embodied truth.

Love is the synchrony
that lets your life become music,
a unique note in the grand symphony of existence.

Ask yourself:
What am I doing right now that feels truly alive?
What softens my nervous system?
What opens my heart?

Track your beat:
When do I feel most “in love”?
Most whole? Most me?

Let yourself be the melody.
Live your rhythm.
Sing your truth.
Dance your purpose.
