You Don’t Need More Coffee. You Need This.

(Okay, I still like my coffee, just not dependent on it.)

In the past few weeks,
we explored the first three expressions of our fullest self:
Love, Wisdom, and Will.

Now comes the fourth: Energy.

Think of energy as the current that animates intention.
The force behind every action.

And if your energy isn’t aligned
with love, wisdom, and will,
something will feel... off.

You’ll notice it in your body.
Your mood.
Your sense of joy.

Disharmony is a signal:
you are leaking energy.

Start asking:
Where does my energy flow freely?
Where does it get stuck?
What drains me?
What uplifts me?

When your actions
are in sync with the first three expressions,
your energy expands.

Even when your physical body feels tired,
your spirit stays high.

That’s the kind of energy that sustains you.
A steady, overflowing current
that moves through you when you are in harmony.

Yet so often, when we feel tired,
we reach for the usual fixes:
coffee, energy drinks, ginseng, sugar,
another productivity hack.

We’re taught to push harder,
force more,
override our system

But,

the energy I’m talking about
doesn’t come from stimulation.
It comes from alignment.

When your energy flows in the same direction
as your love, your wisdom, and your will,
you don’t burn out,
you light up.

Now, some might say:
“I don’t have a choice.
I can’t just quit.
I have bills.
A family.
Responsibilities!”

And that’s real.

Most burnouts don’t come from intentional poor habits.
They come from survival.

But,

even if we can’t change our circumstances overnight,
we can choose how we move through them.

You may not be able to walk away
from your job or obligations right now
and often, you don’t need to.

But you can stop abandoning yourself in the process.

You can ask:
Where can I reclaim just 10% of my day for myself?
Is there a small task I can approach with love, rather than resentment?
What conversation am I avoiding that’s draining more energy than the problem itself?

The first breakthrough is remembering:
you have a choice in how you show up.

When you begin to realign
even the smallest actions with your inner truth,
your love, wisdom, and will,
you’ll feel your energy returning.

Not all at once.
But enough to feel alive again.

So this week,
come back to balance.
Reclaim your energy.
And witness how effortlessly
you begin to express yourself.
Thank you for reading.
Thank you for remembering.
