Self-Honesty

Have you ever felt stuck
like no matter what you do,
something heavy grips you from the inside out?

You feel like there’s no solution.
“It is what it is.”
Hopelessness.

But there is a way out.

I’ve had moments,
days, even seasons,
where life just poured its crap on me.

I punched pillows.
I shut down.
I tried to escape the pain.

But it kept coming back… until
I gave up,

and allowed myself to feel it all the way through.

It’s not enough to just “feel the feelings.”
I have to let them move.
Let them rise, swell, and pass like a wave.
That’s what e-motion truly means: energy in motion.

The reason it hurts so much sometimes is because:
We grip.
We resist.
We tell ourselves, “I shouldn’t feel this.”

We think:
“I’ve been healing.
Doing all the right things.
I’ve done all the spiritual work.
I should be better than this by now.”

But hear me clearly:

It’s okay to feel like crap.
It’s okay to be frustrated, confused, even angry at the universe.
You don’t need to perform healing.
You don’t need to pretend.

The real work begins with radical self-honesty.
No filters.
No spiritual bypassing.
No pressure to be anywhere else.

Your emotions are not obstacles.
They’re clues.

Each wave of grief.
Each flicker of guilt.
Each knot of shame.

They point to an inner holding,
a place where your consciousness is still gripping something unprocessed.

Guilt, for example, is an inbuilt alarm:
a sign you’ve veered from your heart.

Anger is a sacred fire:
a sign that a boundary has been crossed or a truth has been denied.

When felt consciously, it realigns you.
When ignored, it hardens into self-punishment.

So next time you feel stuck,
Ask your body: “Where is this stuck?”
Breathe into that space.
Let it rise. Let it move. Let it go.

Take your time.
Some wounds unravel slowly.

This is what I do,
over and over.

You’re not late.
You’re not falling behind.
You’re unfolding perfectly
like a flower that knows when to bloom.

So the next time you feel stuck,
don’t fight it.

Be in your honest presence.
Sit with it.
Feel it.
Move through it.
